Extremely shiny tempered top coat, absolutely not sticky after setting with a UV lamp. Feels extremely hard and gives an amazing glass look. Cling wrap tries to stick to it all the time because of how shiny and smooth the surface is! I ordered the regular Venalisa top coat in the past, but it would sometimes get scratched with heavy wear over time. I don't think I'll go back, the tempered version is vastly superior to the regular. I applied two coats of the tempered top coat in the pictures.
